Linton is located approximately 35kms west of Ballarat, Victoria. It's a historical, small town situated along the Ballarat to Skipton Rail Trail. Once a gold mining town with many historical diggings.
What to Do? If you are interested in bush walking, bike riding including road and mountain bike riding this is a wonderful part of Australian bush to experience with the rail trail at your door step. Along the trail you can observe the flora and fauna.
